Epocrates Product License Program Terms and Conditions
- License codes must be activated within 6 months from date of purchase to be valid, except where prohibited by law
- License codes may only be used to activate a license for the specified product
- License codes are not redeemable for cash or credit, but may be exchanged for a license code for another product during checkout, subject to certain restrictions
- Epocrates is not responsible for lost of stolen license codes
- Both the registered user and purchaser of the license code will be notified prior to the expiration of a subscription to an Epocrates product
- Epocrates is not responsible for reporting whether license codes have been activated
