Adult ADHD Screener Tool
The Adult ADHD Screener Tool is an 18-question patient questionnaire. It is based on the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) version 1.1, developed by the World Health Organization. Insights gained through this screening may suggest the need for a more in-depth clinician interview. The questions in the ASRS v1.1 are consistent with DSM-IV criteria and address the manifestations of ADHD symptoms in adults. Content of the questionnaire also reflects the importance that DSM-IV places on symptoms, impairments, and history for a correct diagnosis.

How Does It Work?
Give the handheld device to your patient and ask him or her to complete the questionnaire.
The patient provides answers to the questionnaire on the handheld device, and gives the device back to you when complete.
