Epocrates: PDA medical software

1. An Epocrates subscription is valid for either one year or two years from the date of subscription purchase. Upon expiration of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed and the subscriber's credit card charged unless the subscriber notifies Epocrates via the website not to renew the subscription. Epocrates will notify subscribers of their subscription expiration approximately two weeks before expiration using the contact information given at the time of registration. Epocrates utilizes standard merchant services for credit card verification and authorization as part of our renewal process.
2. If a subscriber renews an Epocrates subscription, the new subscription will be valid for one year (or two years if renewing a two-year subscription) from the original subscription expiration date.
3. Epocrates subscribers can receive a refund within 30 days of subscription purchase if not satisfied for any reason. Users must contact Epocrates directly for a refund.
4. Refunds will not be granted until after the subscriber performs an AutoUpdate operation with their device to uninstall the Epocrates application(s).
