Here's how it works:

1. Contact your Epocrates sales representative to get a quote and place your order. If you are unsure whom to call, please contact us with your inquiry.

2. Write your survey in a Microsoft Word document. Create your own survey, or use our samples as a starting point.

3. Your survey is programmed by dedicated professionals. You approve it before it goes live.

4. Your target panel members receive an email invitation from Epocrates and answer your survey.

5. You will be provided with online access to your survey results within one week of your survey going live.

6. Epocrates distributes the honoraria to the respondents for their time.
