Epocrates Celebrates Second Consecutive Year on Inc. 500 List
Company Among Top 20 Fastest Growing in Healthcare Industry
Epocrates Inc., developer of mobile and online clinical solutions, announced today it was ranked 176 on the latest Inc. 500 fastest growing private company list. This is Epocrates’ second consecutive year on the list with a three-year growth rate of 654 percent and an 81 position year-over-year increase.
Epocrates provides clinicians with the most current drug, disease and diagnostic information at the point of care, improving patient safety and reducing medication errors. The company was recognized by Inc. 500 as one the top 20 fastest growing private healthcare companies in the country. Epocrates is also one of only a dozen repeat honorees in healthcare, which is the second largest category on the list following information technology services.
