Access Formularies On Mobile Devices

Have instant access to your preferred formularies right on your device. Follow the instructions below to access.

For iPhone:

  1. Launch the Epocrates app and swipe to the right on the home screen to view the Tools screen.
  2. Select the Formularies icon
  3. Select ‘Set Formulary’ and select your preferred formulary
  4. To review information on your formulary select ‘Formulary information

OR

  1. Launch the Epocrates application and search for a drug monograph from the home page
  2. From the drug monograph select ‘Formulary’
  3. Select a formulary from the list provided

For Android:

  1. Launch the Epocrates application and scroll down to Preferences
  2. Under applications, select ‘Formularies’
  3. Select ‘Add Formularies’
  4. Add your preferred formulary

OR

  1. Launch the Epocrates application and search for a drug monograph from the home page
  2. The formulary will display in the monograph along with the formulary status code. To change the formulary, click on the formulary text.
  3. Click the Formulary button.
  4. Select a formulary you wish to change to
