How to Enter

Say cheese! We want you and your PDA in the picture. Plus, your photo must be accompanied by:

1. Description of where you completed the course
2. Name of the MobileCME course you completed
3. Your name and title

Submit your photo and description by November 16, 2007, either:

Where Do You CME? Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Each entry for the contest must include a description of the photo (i.e. where you completed your MobileCME course), title of the MobileCME course that was completed, and the applicant’s name and title. The judges will not evaluate photos submitted without this information.
2. Only one image per contestant per week will be considered; you can submit a new photo each week providing it is a different image than the one(s) you previously entered.
3. Entries must be received by November 16, 2007.
4. Epocrates employees will select all winners based on originality and clarity of composition, image quality, and compelling description. One contestant will win the “Gold award” – a $1,000 American Express gift card. Two contestants will each win a “Silver award” – $250 American Express gift card. Five runners-up will each receive a $100 American Express gift card. Additionally, the gold award winner’s photo will be featured in the Epocrates December email newsletter and all winning photos will be posted on the Epocrates website.
5. Please note that contestants must be residents of the United States. Epocrates employees, consultants, and their families are not eligible to submit a photo for this contest. Void where prohibited by law.
6. We will notify winners via email by November 30, 2007.
7. Winners may be asked for additional commentary about their experiences with MobileCME.
8. All winning photos become the property of Epocrates, Inc., and may each be used in (but not limited to) marketing collateral and public relations activities along with the winner’s name and commentary. As such, the photos may not be published elsewhere (including but not limited to other Internet websites and print publications) without the express written consent of Epocrates. Use of winning photos without the express written consent of Epocrates will result in immediate forfeiture of prizes and disqualification from the contest.
