How Does It Work?

Basic Operation: View complete instructions and cautions

1. Enter the patient's weight, height, age, and gender and then choose whether to use total body weight or adjusted body weight.

2. Modify the calculations with institutional safety limits.

3. Select the weight-based nomogram that coincides with your local protocol.

4. After all the entries/selections are made, tap “Calculate” to display the finished nomogram.
