1. Select an opiate that the patient is receiving and enter the dose.
2. Adjust for cross-tolerance.
3. Select a drug for conversion and tap “Next page.”
4. Select additional opiates the patient is receiving, if applicable.
5. Tap “Calculate” and view results.
