How Does It Work?

1. A built-in calculator allows you to quickly calculate the Cockcroft-Gault creatinine clearance score as well as the GFR via the MDRD method.
Enter the patient’s age, weight, serum creatinine, gender using the slider at the top, and select if the patient is black for the abbreviated MDRD GFR score.
For the full MDRD GFR score, also input serum albumin concentration and BUN.

2. Use the dosing guide to browse through categories of antiretroviral medications. Click on a category to see a list of drugs.

3. Click on a drug to find dosing information for that drug.

4. Recommendations from the HIV Medicine Association of the Infectious Diseases Society of America are also available.
