Healing Burns

I had a patient with 60% TBSA burns and during transport, I whipped out the iPhone and used Epocrates' calculator to come up with the Parkland burn formula. It's so much more than this though--from drug interactions to dosing calculators, it's a life saver, literally. It's as important of a tool as our lifepack 12s or our lactate ringers.
