Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral tablet ]

Dose: 2 tabs PO q4h prn; Max: 10 tabs/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources; Info: do not cut/crush/chew tab

[ oral solution ]

Dose: 30 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 150 mL/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources
