[0.75-12 mg/day PO divided qd-bid]

Start: 1.5-3 mg PO qd, may incr. dose no more frequently than 1.5 mg/wk; Max: 12 mg/day; Info: start 0.75 mg PO qd if hypoglycemia risk; give w/ meals
