Dose: 5 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 25 mL/24h; 75 mg/kg/day acetaminophen from all sources

48-95 lb or 6-11 yo

[ oral suspension ]

Dose: 10 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 50 mL/24h; 75 mg/kg/day up to 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources
