citalopram + fluvoxamine

avoid combo: combo may incr. citalopram levels, risk of QT prolongation, cardiac arrhythmias, hyponatremia, CNS depression, psychomotor impairment, serotonin syndrome, bleeding (including life-threatening), other adverse effects (hepatic metabolism inhibited; additive effects, antiplatelet effects augmented by inhibition of platelet serotonin uptake; duplicate therapy)
