Dosing .

6-11 yo

[ chewable tablet ]

Dose: 2 tabs PO q4h prn; Max: 10 tabs/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

12 yo and older

[ chewable tablet ]

Dose: 4 tabs PO q4h prn; Max: 24 tabs/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources
