antihistamine for relieving allergic rhinitis, sneezing, itching, hives, itchy/watery eyes, itchy nose/throat/skin; promoting sleep; preventing motion sickness

Dosing .

[ 6-11 yo ]

Dose: 1 tab/cap PO q4-6h prn; Max: 6 tabs or caps/24h

[ 12 yo and older ]

Dose: 1-2 tabs/caps PO q4-6h prn; Max: 12 tabs or caps/24h

insomnia, short-term tx (off-label)

[ 12 yo and older ]

Dose: 1-2 tabs/caps PO qhs prn; Info: give 30min before bedtime

motion sickness prevention (off-label)

[ 6-11 yo ]

Dose: 1 tab/cap PO q4-6h prn; Start: 30min before event; Max: 6 tabs or caps/24h

[ 12 yo and older ]

Dose: 1-2 tabs/caps PO q4-6h prn; Start: 30min before event; Max: 12 tabs or caps/24h
