Dose: 0.2-0.8 g/kg/dose PO qd; Start: 0.4 g/kg/dose PO qd; Max: 17 g/day; Info: dissolve in 4-8 oz of liquid; treat x2 mo minimum and x1 mo minimum after sx resolution; taper dose gradually to D/C
