Dose: 2.5 mL PO q4-6h prn; Max: 15 mL/24h

[ 6-11 yo ]

Dose: 5-10 mL PO q4-6h prn; Max: 60 mL/24h

[ 12 yo and older (off-label) ]

Dose: 10-20 mL PO q4-6h prn; Max: 120 mL/24h

motion sickness prevention (off-label)

Dose: 5-10 mL PO q4-6h prn; Start: 30min before event; Max: 60 mL/24h
