Uses .

[ acetaminophen ]

analgesic for reducing pain; antipyretic for reducing fever

[ chlorpheniramine ]

antihistamine for relieving allergic rhinitis, sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, itchy nose/throat

Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral tablet ]

Dose: 2 tabs PO q4-6h prn; Max: 10 tabs/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

renal considerations

[ acetaminophen; chlorpheniramine ]

renal impairment: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo

HD/PD: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo

hepatic considerations
