antihistamine for promoting sleep

Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral tablet ]

Dose: 1 tab PO qhs prn; Max: 1 tab/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

CrCl <50: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo
