analgesic for reducing pain; antipyretic for reducing fever

[ dextromethorphan ]

antitussive for suppressing cough

[ diphenhydramine ]

antihistamine for relieving allergic rhinitis, sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, itchy nose/throat

Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral solution ]

Dose: 10 mL PO q4-6h prn; Max: 60 mL/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

renal considerations

renal impairment: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo
