methylxanthine stimulant for enhancing analgesia

Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral powder ]

Dose: 1 pkt PO q6h prn; Max: 4 pkts/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

CrCl 10-89: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo; CrCl <10: avoid use

HD: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo; PD: avoid use
