Dose: 10 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 50 mL/24h; 75 mg/kg/day up to 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

12 yo and older

Dose: 20 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 120 mL/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources
