Dose: 2.5 mL PO qpm prn; Max: 2.5 mL/24h

[ 6-11 yo ]

Dose: 5 mL PO qpm prn; Max: 5 mL/24h

[ 12-64 yo ]

Dose: 5-10 mL PO qpm prn; Max: 10 mL/24h

[ 65 yo and older (off-label) ]

Dose: 5 mL PO qpm prn; Max: 5 mL/24h
