severe acute HBV exacerbations in HBV/HIV co-infected patients when lamivudine or tenofovir D/C; monitor hepatic function closely for at least several months in HBV/HIV co-infected patients who D/C efavirenz/lamivudine/tenofovir; initiate anti-HBV tx if needed
