Adult Dosing .

Dosage forms:  TAB: 0.25 mg, 1 mg, 2 mg

multiple sclerosis, relapsing forms

[CYP2C9 genotype *1/*1 or *1/*2 or *2/*2]

Dose: 2 mg PO qd; Start: 0.25 mg PO qd x2 days, then 0.5 mg PO qd x1 day, then 0.75 mg PO qd x1 day, then 1.25 mg PO qd x1 day, then 2 mg PO qd; Info: for patients w/ clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease; restart titration if titration dose missed >24h or if maintenance tx interrupted >4 days; do not cut/crush/chew tab
