Start: 8 mg PO qd, incr. dose to 9 mg PO qd at 14-21 days if serum phosphate level <9 mg/dL, no ocular disorders, and no grade 2 or greater ADR; Info: for pts w/ susceptible fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) genetic alterations w/ dz progression on or after at least one line of tx; not for pts eligible for but who have not received PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor tx; restrict phosphate intake to 600-800 mg/day
