KinderMed pain and fever products recalled due to acetaminophen instability

KinderFarms is voluntarily recalling all lots of KinderMed Infants’ Pain & Fever and Kids’ Pain & Fever oral suspensions due to ongoing testing showing that the acetaminophen in some of the lots was no longer in specification and may cause acute adverse health effects.
