Tezspire prefilled pen OK'ed for self-administration in patients with severe asthma

FDA has approved the use of the pre-filled tezepelumab-ekko (Tezpire) pen for self-administration in patients aged 12 years and older with severe asthma. The 210 mg/1.91 mL (110 mg/mL) pre-filled pen can be administered by patients/caregivers after proper training in SC injection technique.
