3) Dopamine

[2-20 mcg/kg/min IV]

add to or replace other pressors; consider further fluid boluses; monitor response, signs of shock, BP

4) Norepinephrine

[0.1-2 mcg/kg/min IO/IV]

add to or replace other pressors; consider further fluid boluses; monitor response, signs of shock, BP
