Uses .

analgesic for reducing pain; antipyretic for reducing fever

[ dextromethorphan ]

antitussive for suppressing cough

[ triprolidine ]

antihistamine for relieving allergic rhinitis, sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, itchy nose/throat

Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral tablet ]

Dose: 2 tabs PO q4h prn; Max: 8 tabs/24h; Info: give w/ plenty of water

[ oral solution ]

Dose: 20 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 80 mL/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

renal considerations

renal impairment: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo
