Dosage forms:  TAB: 150 mg, 200 mg

endometriosis-associated pain, moderate-severe

[without dyspareunia]

Dose: 150 mg PO qd; Start: after pregnancy excluded or within 7 days from onset of menses; Max: 24mo; Info: use shortest effective tx duration

[with dyspareunia]

Dose: 200 mg PO bid; Start: after pregnancy excluded or within 7 days from onset of menses; Max: 6mo; Info: use shortest effective tx duration

HD/PD: no adjustment; no supplement

hepatic dosing

Child-Pugh Class B: 150 mg qd, max 6mo; Child-Pugh Class C: contraindicated
