- [1-2 drops in eye(s) q2-4h x2 days, then 1-2 drops qid x5 days]
corneal ulcer
- [1-2 drops in eye(s) q30min while awake and 4-6h after retiring x2 days, then 1-2 drops q1h while awake x4-6 days, then 1-2 drops qid until cure]
