Adult Dosing .

Dosage forms:  SOLUTION: 2%

otitis externa, mild-moderate bacterial/fungal

Dose: 3-5 drops in ear(s) q4-8h x5-7 days; Alt: 3-5 drops in ear(s) q4-6h via ear wick x24h, then q6-8h without wick x5-7 days; Info: do not use if perforated tympanic membrane

[prevention]

Dose: 2 drops in ear(s) bid; Alt: 3-5 drops after moisture exposure; Info: dry ear canal well prior to use; do not use if perforated tympanic membrane

Peds Dosing .
