analgesic for reducing pain; antipyretic for reducing fever

[ aspirin ]

salicylate for reducing pain/inflammation, fever

[ caffeine ]

methylxanthine stimulant for enhancing analgesia

Dosing .

12 yo and older

[ oral tablet ]

Dose: 2 tabs PO q6h prn; Max: 8 tabs/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources

renal considerations

CrCl 10-89: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo; CrCl <10: avoid use

HD: consider alternatives, dose adjustment not possible w/ fixed-dose combo; PD: avoid use
