6-11 yo

[ oral solution ]

Dose: 15 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 60 mL/24h; 75 mg/kg/day up to 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources; Info: give w/ plenty of water

12 yo and older

[ oral capsule ]

Dose: 2 caps PO q4h prn; Max: 8 caps/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources; Info: give w/ plenty of water

[ oral solution ]

Dose: 30 mL PO q4h prn; Max: 120 mL/24h; 4 g/day acetaminophen from all sources; Info: give w/ plenty of water
