Together, we find ourselves in extraordinarily challenging times. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of us – our families, our communities, our businesses, and how we conduct even the smallest details in our lives. We believe it is important to provide you with an update on how the epocrates team is approaching the situation.


At epocrates, we are working tirelessly to ensure business continuity and are prepared to continue serving your needs without disruption. While our employees are doing their part to slow the spread of COVID-19 by working from home, they are fully enabled to perform their jobs and have the tools and technology necessary to execute their responsibilities fully. We do not anticipate any disruption to the delivery of our services.


We are also grateful to be able to provide assistance to those on the front lines of this challenge. We have made an epocrates COVID-19 Resources Hub which includes the CDC COVID-19 guidelines and COVID-19 Drug Therapy Trial Updates. These tools are available to all epocrates users in an easy-to-access, algorithmic approach that enables clinicians at any practice or hospital to quickly retrieve relevant guidance to make informed decisions for their patients. These resources are available in epocrates online and the epocrates app which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store at no cost. We are committed to making a difference by ensuring that our users have the absolute latest information at their fingertips.
