Eroxon, a nonmedicated hydroalcoholic gel, is indicated for adult males ages 22 and older. Once the gel is applied, it evaporates to create a rapid cooling effect on the glans penis, followed by recovery warming, which stimulates the nerve endings, leading to tumescence and erection.
