GNMART recalls joint supplement due to undeclared drug ingredients
GNMART Inc. issued a voluntary nationwide recall of its joint pain dietary supplement, Force Forever, after an FDA analysis revealed the presence of undeclared diclofenac and dexamethasone. These ingredients pose significant health risks, including potential CV events, GI damage, and adrenal suppression.
The affected product includes all lots and expiration date: 03/27/2030. The product was distributed nationwide via the internet. GNMart hasn't received any reports of adverse events related to this recall. The company is notifying customers via email and coordinating the return of all recalled products. Consumers in possession of the recalled product should discontinue use immediately and return it to the place of purchase.
